Terms of Service
GACHI Platform Terms of Service
These terms explain the conditions and procedures for using the electronic-component trading, quote request, ordering and related services provided by GACHI Platform.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to define the conditions for using services provided on the GACHI platform operated by GACHI International Co., Ltd. — such as electronic-component search, quote request, ordering, payment and seller stock registration — and the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the company and its members.
Article 2 (Members & accounts)
- Members must provide accurate information when registering and update it without delay if it changes.
- Seller members may use stock-registration and sales-related features only after completing the company's approval process.
- Members must manage their own account and password and may not transfer or lend their account to any third party.
Article 3 (Use of trading service)
- Buyers can search registered stock and proceed via instant order or quote request.
- Quote-requested items are negotiated with the company or seller based on the information needed for the transaction, such as quantity, desired unit price and delivery terms.
- Sellers must register stock information — actual availability, quantity, quality and specifications — truthfully.
Article 4 (Payment & delivery)
- Payment is processed according to the payment methods and currency standards specified by the platform.
- Costs incurred separately depending on the transaction terms — such as shipping, customs duties and clearance fees — follow the order stage or the representative's guidance.
- Shipping and delivery schedules may vary depending on stock location, quantity, payment confirmation and customs clearance.
Article 5 (Cancellation & refund)
- Orders before payment completion can be cancelled by the member directly.
- Cancellation, exchange or refund after payment completion or shipment preparation may be restricted depending on item characteristics and progress status.
- In cases attributable to the company or seller — such as defects, mis-shipment or quantity discrepancies — a refund or re-delivery is carried out after a verification process.
Article 6 (Liability & limits)
- The company strives to provide stable service, but its liability may be limited for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, communication failures or external payment-provider outages.
- If a member registers false information, shares an account, conducts abnormal transactions or abuses the system, the company may restrict service use.
- Disputes between members, or between a member and a third party, are in principle resolved between the parties; the company may assist with verifying transaction records to the extent necessary.
Article 7 (Changes to terms)
The company may revise these terms in line with changes to applicable laws or service policies. Revised terms are announced via platform notices or page postings, and continued use of the service after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
