GACHI Platform separates buyer and seller accounts. Buyers can use the service immediately after signup, while sellers become active after operator approval. Click "Sign up" in the upper right, enter the required information, and complete SMS verification.
Search by part name, manufacturer, or specification, or narrow results with category and manufacturer filters. Parts with registered prices are available for immediate order, while parts requiring price discussion are shown as request quote items.
RFQ is a request flow for items that require price discussion. Add items to the RFQ cart with quantity, target unit price, and desired delivery conditions. The operations team reviews the request with sellers and sends a quote proposal.
You can pay securely in USD through Eximbay international payment, with Korean, English, and Japanese support.
Shipping is freight collect and is not included in the payment amount. It is calculated based on shipping origin, quantity, and weight. Estimated shipping information is provided when the order is confirmed.
Apply for seller permission from My Page. After business information review, you can register excess inventory.
Verified inventory and RFQ status are updated in real time.
Orders can be cancelled before payment is completed. After shipment, refund procedures are handled with the operations team through 1:1 inquiry.
